Our continued growth means we currently have an opening for a part time Payroll Officer in our Caboolture Head Office reporting to the Financial Controller.

This role involves:

  • Maintain Wiise payroll system
  • Entering new employees and processing changes
  • Process payroll including Single Touch Payroll
  • Process Superannuation payments, child support and salary sacrifice
  • Checking employee timecards
  • Maintain Payroll Tax requirements
  • Maintain staff leave calendar & accrual registers
  • End of Month Reporting
  • Complete FBT Reports
  • Employee Onboarding and Offboarding
  • Interpreting awards and providing advice to management
  • Setting up new payroll codes
  • Handling WorkCover claims and payments
  • Other duties as required

To be successful you’ll need some or all of the following:

  • Well-developed Payroll experience (3 years +)
  • Microsoft Wiise experience desirable
  • Data input experience
  • Information and communication technology (ICT) literate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Well-developed organisation and time management skills
  • Must have current driver’s license
