HERE’S HOW IT WORKS…

• Place an order with Taipan between October 14^th to November 30^th, 2024* to receive your free scratchie.
• Simply scratch the PLAY PANEL on the card and reveal three identical icons to win the corresponding prize.
• It’s that easy!

Additional Details

• Corresponding prize refers to a single prize item, not the sum of three prize items.
• Photo proof of winning ticket must be provided to receive your prize and is only redeemable once.
• All minor prizes are subject to availability and prizes received may differ from the prize shown on the scratchie and is at Taipan’s discretion.
• Prize cannot be exchanged or substituted for monetary value.
• Prize will be sent out with your next order, or via the post, or in another manner at Taipan’s discretion.
• All winning Taipan Scratch Cards must be claimed before December 16th, 2024.
• Prizes can take up to eight weeks to arrive, depending on the type of prize and your location.
• Taipan may need to ring you if you have won a certain prize, ie the Fishing Shirts, to confirm the size or type of prize you prefer. If we cannot reach you via the phone, we will try email. The prize may be withheld until we can get in touch with you.

TO SUBMIT A WINNING SCRATCHIE

Click the “Submit Your Ticket” Button at the top of the page, or the button below

You’ll be required to enter the following details:

• First and Last Name
• Phone Number
• The company you work for
• The mailing address you wish your prize to be sent to
• Scratchie number (written to the right of the play panel and top right on the back of the scratch card)
• Photograph of winning scratchie attached in email

SCRATCH TO WIN T’S AND C’S

To enter Taipan’s Scratch to Win competition you must be an owner or direct employee of a business that has purchased and received Taipan product during the competition period. Entry into the competition means that the entrant warrants that they meet the entry requirements and accepts these terms and conditions.

Taipan employees and their direct families are not eligible to enter the Scratch to Win competition.

Entrants warrant that they have all necessary rights to provide their intellectual property to Taipan and agree that Taipan may use the information and/or images in relation to the Taipan Scratch to Win Competition in the Taipan website, newsletter and/or social media sites. All intellectual property will be used in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act. Taipan reserves the right to disqualify any entrants or entries where Taipan reasonably suspect any unlawful or improper conduct, such as infringing a third party’s intellectual property rights, or if there has otherwise been a breach of the competition terms and conditions.

The Taipan Scratch to Win cards are found in all qualifying Taipan orders between October and November 2024. These cards will be dispatched with Taipan product orders.

The Scratch to Win promotion will run for the months of October and November 2024 only.

Closing date for the claiming of Scratch to Win card prizes is Friday the 16^th of December 2024.

There is one major prize to be won, along with minor prizes. All prizes are subject to availability and prizes received may differ from prizes showing on Scratch to Win card at Taipan’s discretion. Prizes are not transferrable and may not be redeemed for cash.

Taipan reserves the right to change, adjust or amend the terms, conditions, and rules of the competition without prior notice.

By participating in Taipan’s Scratch to Win competition by default you agree to the above terms and conditions.
