It’s taken three years but as you can see by the graph, we are back to normal ordering cycles. Any gaps in the range are now more so from competitors running short and Taipan receiving out of the norm order volumes. We’ve also found over the last twelve months purchasing patterns have changed with a fair bit more obscure or slow-moving products disappearing off our shelves. Our challenge now is to ensure each branch holds the correct stock at levels that reflect their usage.  

We have been working hard on our relationships with our manufacturing partners and coupled with our new predictive purchasing software, any dips in holdings should be kept to a minimum.  

All in all, stock is looking solid so we will extend the product update to six monthly intervals.
