What you’ll be doing: 

• Handle incoming payments and record them accurately
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies
• Communicate with customers to follow up on invoices and resolve billing issues
• Prepare and send invoices per company policies
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger
• Provide backup support to Reception and Accounts Payable

To be successful, you’ll need some or all of the following:

• Accounts experience
• Confident phone manner and communication skills
• Data input experience
• Accounts administration
• Information and communication technology (ICT) literate
• Strong attention to detail
• Well-developed organisational and time management skills
