Taipan’s range of hydraulic hose, hose tails and adaptors provide our customers with the benefits of a matched system making Taipan a leading supplier to OEM’s and large scale end users.
Having experienced solid growth over recent years and in order to further develop our success built on delivering fantastic customer service, we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and hardworking Customer Relations Manager leading a team of external Customer Service sales representatives.
This newly created role will enable Taipan to transition from the traditional sales style and work with our customers to add real value along with personalised solutions, to deliver outstanding customer service that sets us apart from the competition. This role is based in Brisbane between our two Brisbane branches at Caboolture and Rocklea and does require travel interstate.
This role includes tools of the trade including company phone, laptop and vehicle.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervising, mentoring and developing the Customer Service team
  • Review and implement Customer Relations processes and procedures
  • Organise and enact ongoing personal and product training for the Customer Service team
  • Promote and develop an exceptional level of communication between the internal and external Customer Service teams
  • Answer technical support enquiries by the team and customers
  • Ensure accurate records are up to date in company database
  • Support and participate in Marketing campaigns
  • Compile monthly activity reports for entire team
  • Achieve agreed KPIs
