We are excited to announce a new position within our team! We are seeking a dynamic individual to assist in leading our National Sales Team. As the second-in-command to the National Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales strategy and success.

What you’ll be doing:
- Assist with the management of a National team of Customer Relations Managers.
- Report creation and monitoring.
- Direct customer interaction face-to-face, phone and email.
- Participating in the implementation of projects and driving department strategy through project development.
- Onboarding of new staff and providing company and systems training.
- Up to 10 days per month of interstate travel.
- Assisting with large quotes and tenders.
- Monitoring department communications channels and providing real-time support to the team on a transactional basis.
- Monitoring key accounts, reporting and acting where necessary.
To be successful, you’ll need some or all of the following:
- Be coachable and take pride in your work.
- Proficient experience in B2B sales.
- Hydraulics industry experience preferred.
- Proficient experience in systems, office suite, ERP, and CRM.
- Past experience in Dynamics 365, Business Central, Sales or CRM is an advantage, but not essential.
- Experience leading a team.
- High-level communication and interpersonal skills required.
