Let's Talk With the new year already flying along, this is always my favourite time to take a proper look at what we learnt last year and where we’re heading next.
To be honest, 2025 was a huge year for us. As a business, we’ve had to take a good hard look at ourselves – challenge the way we’ve always done things, tighten up how we operate, and suss out what’s working… and what’s not. We’ve learnt a lot along the way, and as a team it feels like we’ve come out the other side stronger. The good part is the lessons we’ve learnt have allowed us to lay some solid foundations. Now it’s about building on that momentum and turning it into something even bigger.
So… what’s on the horizon for 2026, and how is it going to be different from last year?
Expanding our Product Range
You guys have asked, and we want to make sure we’re delivering.
Over the next 12 months, we’ll be growing both our grease and stainless-steel ranges to fill some gaps we’ve identified in our catalogue. On the stainless side, being able to offer a fully matched system for complete hose assemblies is a massive advantage, and it’s something we’re committed to building out properly. Lubrication accessories have also been heavily requested, so watch this space as we’ll be expanding there as well.
Our R&D team is constantly looking at where we can improve and what else we can add to our range, so if you think there’s a gap in our product line, we want to hear about it.
Becoming an RTO
One of the biggest steps ahead for us is becoming a Registered Training Organisation. This has been a long-term goal and opens up a new and exciting chapter for the business. It means we’ll be able to deliver formal, hands-on training, backed by real industry experience – supporting not just our customers, but the wider industry as well. We’re aiming to kick this off in the second half of the year, and we’ll keep you posted as it progresses.
Expanding our Testing Capability
With a second impulse tester arriving this month, we’re increasing our testing capacity and flexibility in a big way.
Put simply, this tester allows us to double our capability, explore more options as the industry evolves, and keep making sure our quality stays exactly where it needs to be as our range continues to expand.
Our Next ISO Qualification
We’ll also be working toward our next ISO certification. This is part of an ongoing effort to strengthen our systems and make sure we continue to operate at a high, consistent standard as the business grows.
