We are excited to announce a new role that combines customer service responsibilities with on-the-floor activities. If you are seeking a dynamic position that offers a balance between office duties and hands-on tasks, we encourage you to apply now!
What you’ll be doing:
- Customer Interaction: Handle inbound sales/technical enquiries, develop strong customer relationships, and update records
- Assemble, Test, and Pack: Build and test hoses, create and maintain Bill of Materials, and pack customer kits
- Stock Management: Replenish shelves, pick and pack orders efficiently, and report on stock levels (occasionally)
- Quality Control and Compliance: Ensure quality control of goods, comply with safety regulations, and assist with stock take
- Collaborative Tasks: Coordinate with the Branch Manager, attend meetings, and achieve KPIs
To be successful you’ll need some or all of the following:
- Have great customer service skills and confident phone manner
- Be coachable and take pride in your work
- Physically fit with good hands-on skills and an eye for detail
- Knowledge of hose and fittings is desirable but not necessary
- Comply with Occupational Health & Safety regulations
- Hold a valid driver’s license and either have or be willing to obtain a forklift license
