What you’ll be doing:
- Handle incoming payments and record them accurately
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies
- Communicate with customers to follow up on invoices and resolve billing issues
- Prepare and send invoices per company policies
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger
- Provide backup support to Reception, Payroll, and Accounts Payable
To be successful, you’ll need some or all of the following:
- Accounts experience
- Confident phone manner and communication skills
- Data input experience
- Accounts administration
- Information and communication technology (ICT) literate
- Strong attention to detail
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills
