What you’ll be doing: 

• Supervise, mentor, and manage the workflow of the Finance team
• Ensure all finance activities comply with legislative and regulatory requirements
• Handle payroll operations
• Process EOM (End of Month) and EOFY (End of Financial Year) journals
• Maintain cash planners
•  Set up and process new asset purchases, including loans, insurance, and amortization schedules
• Prepare and lodge ATO BAS, and report on expense budgets
• Assist with the preparation of annual budgets
• Issue and maintain corporate credit card facilities
• Complete insurance financial information for business policies
  
  
  

To be successful, you’ll need some or all of the following:

• Strong Leadership skills
• Accounts experience
• Confident phone manner and communication skills
• Foreign exchange experience
• Data input experience
• Accounts administration
• Information and communication technology (ICT) literate
• Strong attention to detail
• Well-developed organisational and time management skills
