Keen to find out who’s been here for half a decade, and wait, 2 decades?!  

For four of our awesome team members, their journey with Taipan began all the way back in 2019.  

Rick Pisani, Shannon Gardner, Lenaya Thomsen and Kelly Lord have all been here for what feels like a lifetime, and we couldn’t be more stoked to have them as part of our team.  

Rick over his time here, has helped to create the awesome branch that is Melbourne, whilst Shannon, in Caboolture has a meticulous work ethic that keeps the branch ticking along. Lenaya started off in Head Office as our Receptionist and has developed into a vital organ within the Operation Department and as for Kelly, she brings the “e” to enthusiasm, and it wouldn’t be quite the same without her friendly voice over the phone constantly bantering with the team and customers.  

Last but not least, let’s not forget our Jules, having been here for a whopping 20 years! That really is long enough to become part of the furniture. Julie McGregor originally accepted a part-time role working for Mobile HoseFixers and has seen it all. Julie is one of the only staff members still around (aside from Allan and Linda) from when we used to manufacture, so things have changed dramatically. She’s seen us through 2 name changes, 2 different companies and a whole heap of ups and downs, and the best part is… she still chooses to spend her days with us! How lucky are we! 

We can’t thank you all enough for the awesome work and dedication you have put in over the years, we hope there are many more to come and are looking forward to the exciting challenges ahead.
